welcome the regulation of the Law on Audiovisual Communication, after the disappointments of the process, due to legal constraints that the rule had to overcome since the President ordered the project. This gives energy to push for regulation of sale of paper for newspapers, another state monopoly, handled 95% of newsprint is produced in Argentina, and the modus operandi is to sell their newspapers cheaper and more expensive outside or reduce sales quotas for the other enterprises must import.
